School Age Child Care (SACC) is offered at
the Southwest Family YMCA. We are committed to providing a safe
and nurturing experience for your child, with plenty of
opportunities for growth in spirit, mind and body.

Our after-school program takes place
Monday through Friday from school dismissal time until 6:00 PM.
The before school program runs from 7:00 AM until the start of
the school day. Activities include homework time, arts and
crafts, special projects, outdoor play, active games and a
daily snack (afternoon only). Transportation is through the
Rochester City School District Transportation Office.

SACC programs are registered with the New
York State Department of Social Services and are a contracted
provider for DSS funding for child care. Programs maintain a
1:10 staff to child ratio, and all staff are carefully screened
and trained.
